Bloomberg is reporting that refunds have started to flow to importers. This is exciting news and should be a call to action for anyone who has been waiting to see if the government would really pay. Based on what we are seeing so far, they appear to be paying in roughly the order of filing. The sooner you submit your CAPE declaration, the sooner you can expect your cash.
