We charge a 5% fee on your recovery only after you receive it.
We require a $2,500 minimum for very small claims and provide size discounts for very large claims.
We share the risk with you. You pay nothing up front. And if you don’t get a refund for any reason, you owe us nothing.
The interest you receive may fully cover our fee. We do all the work and you still get 100% of the tariffs you paid back.
You get expert legal advice on what to do with any entries that don't qualify for a CAPE refund.

Per entry fees sound great. After all, what's $100 for $200, right? The truth is pricing CAPE declarations this way adds up very quickly and almost always ends up being more expensive than our pricing. Sometimes dramatically more.
